Fathers' Day

"Puff! I seem to lose my interest on writing blog..."

"Hey! Where your passion has gone through? Keep on writing~"

Finally, I decided to write out something about Fathers' day. Actually, I didn't really celebrate with my daddy. The former plan - cooking a sumptuous meal in the house was in vain due to water shortage... haiz... Owing to this reason, I kept refusing to answer the call of nature as I could not let the toilet in my house be permeated by unbearable stench. Hehe~~ Such a smelly bomb I can produce.. ^^

Anyway, our whole family just went to Ipoh and had a decent dinner at that night. Hmm.. We went to a vegetarian restaurant near to Ipoh garden... I quite enjoyed the food there, and so did my parents... Of course, my daddy was beaming with joy as we were able to juggle out some times to spend with him. Actually, the only thing that I concerned the most was to find a place to squat down and passed motion... whee~~ (yuck, geli right??) ^^

Whoa~~ Sushi with mango-slice as topping...

Happy Fathers' Day, dad!!~~ ^^ (Don't mind if I snapped your photo secretly :p)

The dishes are as normal... nothing special..

(P/S: Daddy~~ I love you!! Muackzzz...)

National Mathematical Olympiad (OMK)

"What! Are you sure? The bus is driving at 40 km/h? Can we manage to reach there in time?"

"I don't think we can, boy."

This is the 4th time I participated in this competition but it was my first time I was late for my competition. I can still remember how I rushed up the staircase and the teacher outside the hall directed me the way to the classroom. As the classroom was filled to almost capacity, I had to sit on bad place (Still left 4 tables in the front row).. As usual, I put all my stationery and my identity card on the table.

The question and draft paper are given by the person-in-charge and I quickly scribbled down my particulars on the first page and of course, I used this opportunity to take a glance on the questions. It was pretty hard as it was the hardest category - Senior category... Basically, it revolved around geometry, arithmetic, number theory and combinatorics. However, don't get cheated by the syllabus given. It was super hard!! It was all about problem solving and it needed a lot of formula to be studied and memorised in order to get the problem solved.

This time I did it quite okay, neither good nor bad. Out of 9 questions I managed to get 5 done. Hehe~ quite an okay performance.... If I know about the Angle Bisector's Theorem and Cyclic Quadrilateral more, I was sure that I could have 7-8 questions done.. ^^
2.5 hours was over and I left the hall, feeling guilty for not preparing this competition earlier. I only started preparing this competition 2 days before. I could still remember how I toiled in the library during recess and at home after the school dismissal. It was a tough job as the theory is hard and it is totally out of KBSM syllabus. Euler's Phi Theorem, Fermat Little's Theorem, Ptolemy's Theorem, Ceva's Theorem and Melaneus's Theorem are the theorem that I went through before the competition. Huh... my head was gonna burst at that particular moment.

Whee~~ A gift by PERSAMA for winning OMK in 2006 :p

Ardent Edu. offers Olympiad Maths Camp during holidays and I attended it for once.. Quite informative... ^^

Anyway, I hope that I will get a prize for this competition. Yee hoo!!~~ Thanks Suhaimi and all the fascilitators (Participants of IMO) for coaching me during the camp. ^^

Pendrive~~

You would wonder what I can write about pendrive... Well, actually, after much resting and rusting at my house, I decide to upload some interesting product that I got during my KL trip - a special edition 2 GB removable disc from "Dockers".

Well, for those who don't have any ideas on Dockers, I introduce it briefly on this brand. Dockers is a brand of Levi Strauss & Co. It sells slacks and formal trousers. The cutting of the trousers is very nice and somehow I like it... hehe~~

Dockers!!~~

I(most right) was with my Dockers' pants... ^^ Look smart, don't I?

Models with Dockers' trousers....

After much introduction on Dockers, now I should show my special edition removable disc that I got from the Isetan, the Garden's outlet....

A simple box of Dockers.....

Open it, wow!! A removable disc coated with leather!! ^^

Yesh!! Special edition removable disc with Dockers logo on it... XD

Like this removable disc very much... hehe~~ It was a removable disc that cannot be bought in any places... It is a gift for those who buy any products of Dockers till RM 300 and above in a single receipt in certain outlet... So likely to happen that my daddy wanna bought himself some trousers... haha~~ Lucky!! :p

(P/S: Don't try to steal from me... wahaha!!)

A splendid KL Trip

Clock showed 1.02 AM and I was before the computer screen, eager to share my experience in KL by expressing it in my blog.

Where should I start? Well, on the way to KL, I should say I think and envy of those who were in BERJAYA Times Square to watch Jolin Tsai Butterfly Concert. Hehe^^ (No money to buy the ticket and yet I wanted to watch, so I think youtube is my best way to watch it... XD) At about 10.30 p.m., my whole family reached my sister's condo. At the first glance of her condo, it completely destroyed my perspective on condo. I thought condo is always with stardard amenities, well-furnished living room with orange light that portray the classy look of the whole condo, touch-panel lift, and much more... Puff... The whole living room was filled with boxes and even newspapers... walao a!! I thought mainly because they were just moving in without even having time to clear the living room... But my sister's room was quite okay, well-furnished and clean, except that the wall is stained with ages.

A simple and nice study table.... Haha!! I like it~~

This time we planned to stay in my sis's room for two nights... Huh, I can't feel the cosy ambience of hotel room and of course the hearty breakfast provided in Citi Cafe.. sigh... Oops, forget to tell u where my sis's condo is.. My sis's condo is in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras and it is quite near to federal highway. One thing that I couldn't stand was the mosquitos at night.... nyeeeeeee...... the irritating mosquitos was rampant at night and tortured people from deep slumber seemed to be their hobbies... geezz.... They feasted on me at night (maybe i didn't take a bath before i slept and i was the smelliest among my family, XD) Hate that... Anyway, I just slept on the parquet with no pillow and bolster. It was such a hard time for me that night, with some red spots on my limbs given FOC by mosquitos... = =

Anyway, this trip i enjoyed myself exceedingly in KL.. I managed to finish 3 books of Mr. Midnight and a book of Mr. Mystery in MPH Midvalley... Haha... Alvin Soh! hair sprouted from his head and looks like a carrot... haha~~ such a good and funny description of him by the book.. ^^ Anyway, if everybody is just like me, sitting there for a few decades and don't buy any books there, I bet MPH Midvalley will bankrupt... lol... (too exaggerating ady)~~

Mr Mystery #13, I'm lovin it!!~~

Mr. Midnight #55, #56, #57~~ Fear rippling down my spine when I was reading... haha~~

Of course, I had bought some tees for myself in KL.. hehe!! Can't imagine what a shopaholic I am... I went to Pavillion, Midvalley, the Gardens, SOGO, and many more places to grab myself some tees... and guess what, I just managed to get 3 tees only... haiz... nvm... keep it up!! ^^

At night, I had a scrumptious dinner in the Malaysia top-ten restaurant - 鼎泰丰. It is situated next to Justlife Organic Shop in LG floor in the Gardens. I was quite reluctant to go in at first but once I had a taste on the food, I could feel my tongue dancing in my mouth... It was super-duper delicious.. hehe!!

Appetizer in this restaurant... hehe!!

Dumplings with minced meat and prawns... whoa~~

House-special taufu~ With seaweed on top and mushrooms as garnish

Spicy sour vege... hehe!! (direct translation from Mandarin)

Glutinous sesame ball with soya bean as dessert....

My sis and I... Thumbs up!! yeah~~

Okay, don't mention about the night activities, it was still the same, shopping, Shopping and SHOPPING!! hehe~~ Actually, I had planned to watch "Night at the Museum" in GSC Signature in the Gardens, but too bad, the latest is on 5.45 p.m.. sigh~~

Haha, there is something interesting I wanna share with all of you.. To those who suffer from sore legs after much walking in shopping complex, you can try on my prescription. Walk into a massage centre, e.g. OSIM, Ogawa, or OTO and ask for trying their new products.... hehe~~ sure you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after massaging... whee~~....

Omg... painful at the moment it started squeezing my legs... yeeeeeee (geli)^^

uSqueeze... hehe~~ relax my legs.... whee~~

Haiz... 3 days 2 nights KL trip finally came to an end..... Music examination is getting nearer and nearer and I haven't polished my playing... geez... kk.... Anyway, I didn't realise that travelling in KL is splendid until I got my camera with me this time... hehe~~ Thx camera!! muackzzz~~

(P/S: Don't chase me away when u saw me coming again to ur outlet - massaging centre.... wahahahahahhaha!!!)

Crash!!~~

"Kok, let's go swimming!"

"Aiyo, don't want la, go to eat pan mee!!"

Upon Ah Ken's arrival, we went to Zhe Lun's shop to eat pan mee!! Whee~~ Such a nice pan mee... Slurppppp... Haha, A hot pan mee with minced meat, fishballs and prawns certainly makes me felt warm and comfortable... We had a leisurely tete-a-tete without knowing that the fated incident awaited us...

"Brrooommmm!!" Motorbike raced at the road and I was a pillion rider at that moment. The cold breeze let me feel refreshed...

"Kok, why you stop at the left side? It is hard to cross the roundabout u noe?"

Feeeewwwwwww... We crossed the road and within seconds, screeching halt can be heard and straight away my attention was drawn to the front... A car, which was not supposed to cross the road, crossed the road and stopped in front of us before Kok applied emergency brake.... Both of us had a rude shock! The motorbike failed to prevent us from bumping into the car. "Crash!" and both of us fell onto the road. I was the one who fell first. Once I touched the road, the first thing came to my mind was not to let Kok be hurt as me. I quickly supported him with my own body and luckily he was not injured as badly as me.

My mind was fresh by then and I hurriedly climbed up. The front part of motorcycle was dented and the right side mirror was wrenched. Bearing the intense pain on my limbs, I rode the motorbike and took Kok along back to home.

Upon reaching Kok's home, I hurriedly asked for yellow solution and some cotton wools to clot the blood and of course kill the microorganisms...

Elbow injury...

Knee injury...

Foot injury...

Palm injury...

Huh.. It was a real experience and luckily it was not my LC which got dented.... Phew.... Anyway, it was indeed a good lesson for those who like to speed on road.... Haiz.... Learn an important lesson today.

(P/S: Bastard driver.... I gonna smash you if you appear in front of me again in future!! Grrrrr..)

American Idol~~

Huh.... Kris won as an American Idol... He has talent and he is handsome too... hmm... But anyway, let's compare Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.... "No Boundaries" by Kara DioGuardi......

Kris Allen

Adam Lambert

Please post comment on who you support and give reason.... I support Kris anyway... hehe~~

Don't judge a book by its cover - Susan Boyle~~

Such a surprise to all the audience for Susan Boyle to end up the runner up in the 2009 "Britain's Got Talent"!! She is a plump lady with double chin, always with a smiling face that is able to melt one's heart. At the age of 48, she participated in this event.

Susan Boyle, a courageous lady ~~

When she appeared as on the "Britain's Got Talent" stage, the audience and the judges appeared apprehensive and judgemental of her unpolished appearance. Upon finishing her song, she received a standing ovation from the live audience and unanimous praise from the judges. She sang "I Dreamed a Dream" in the competition first round and she sang undoubtedly well... The sweet voice of hers echoed around the hall and live audience and judges were touched and had a sudden change in their perception on her. Love you so much, Susan... You are a person for me to look up to... Gambateh, Susan!!~~ You are splendid...

She sang in tunes and seemed absorbed in the song - "I dreamed a dream"

Yoh... Dare to express herself... :p

Touching short clip (Observe the face expression of judges and live audience)...
Nice performance Susan!!~~

(P/S: Susan! You are my idol, better than anyone else I have known...)

Co-operation

Huh... Everybody starts to spend their holidays fully but not for me this time... I had to study for my account.... We, students who sit for account need to go back to school to sit for account paper... geez... Buku catatan pertama, penyata penyesuaian bank, belanjawan tunai, pembubaran perkongsian, penyata pendapatan and perasingan untung rugi all revolve around my head... @@ It is a sad thing for not doing revision before examination.... aiks.... Always revise at the eleventh hour and it is me...

My "pig sty" after examination.... still left unkept

Accounts.... grazing on it.... @@

Ledger and Journal.... Where is Cash book??~~

My Self-made Cash "Paper" ^^

Still use abacus to do account at times... woot~~

Finally, I finished my examination today and I managed to do it well... As for paper 1, I prepared to fail... haha... I did't even study a single thing on paper 1.... Except for calculation part, which I did it always during tuition... hehe... However, the other candidates walked around the science lab and look each other's answer... Some even took my paper and copy... walao a... (and I still lent to them)... ^^ We showed our cooperation to the fullest... The lab assistant just stay at the other room and well, sleeping... yee hoo~~

(P/S: Hope I can get good result for my mid-term examination...)
