Sore throat~~

Geez... I have been suffering from sore throat two days ago..... cough cough~~.... Phlegm can be felt trapping in my throat and I have enough of it... geez.... Keep coughing phlegm and mind you, it is super sticky.... haha....

Mine is stickier and more yellow than this...


Different people, when coughing, have different look... :p

Anyway, I don't believe in western medicine.... I still prefer to my pseudo-type treatment ^^

Sunflower oil treatment!! Have you tried before??


I don't use this as my supplement.... haha^^

Anyway, I am still suffering from coughing.... Hope that I can have a speedy recovery....
